2. What personal data we collect

We collect personal data you give us directly, including:

  • Name and company name
  • Email address and telephone number
  • The content of any message, enquiry, or brief you send us
  • Correspondence and any information you provide during a project (e.g. via email, calls, or our contact form)

We do not currently use cookies, analytics tools, or any third-party tracking on this website, and we do not collect personal data automatically from your browsing activity.

3. How we use your data

We use the personal data you provide to:

  • Respond to enquiries and provide quotes
  • Deliver, manage, and invoice for our services
  • Maintain business records as required by law (e.g. for tax and accounting purposes)

Legal basis: we rely on legitimate interests (to respond to your enquiry and run our business), and on performance of a contract where we’re delivering a paid engagement. Where we ever ask to add you to a mailing list or similar, we’ll rely on your consent and you can withdraw it at any time.

4. Sharing your data

We do not pass your information on to any third parties, except where required by law (for example, to HMRC or our accountants, or if legally compelled to disclose it) or to service providers who help us run the business under a confidentiality obligation.

5. How long we keep your data

We keep enquiry and project-related personal data for as long as necessary to respond to you or deliver the engagement, and generally for 6 years afterwards to meet UK tax and accounting record-keeping requirements.

  • Access the personal data we hold about you
  • Have inaccurate data corrected
  • Request erasure of your data
  • Restrict or object to how we use your data
  • Request a copy of your data in a portable format

This data is aggregate and does not identify individual patients. It is not personal data about you as a visitor to this site, and this policy governs only the personal data described in the sections above.

8. Security

We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to keep your data secure and protect it from unauthorised access, loss, or misuse.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The current version will always be available on this page, with the effective date shown at the top.
